Mental Health and Wellness Associates does NOT accept any insurance and is NOT contracted with any health insurance plans, in his private practice, including Medicare or Medi-Cal/LA Care.

Unfortunately, Medicare and Medi-Cal/LA and other HMO plans (i.e. Kaiser) will NOT reimburse any of the cost of appointments with Mental Health and Wellness Associates, because you have to see a doctor who is contracted with your insurance plan/company.

However, if you have a PPO insurance plan, Mental Health and Wellness Associates can provide you with an invoice that you can submit to your PPO Insurance plan for possible "out of network" coverage.
